Quiet no thru road, 5min up a mountain road from the highway. 15min to Keremeos and 25min to Penticton.
Electrical 50amp (charged by use), water, sani dump available. Property uses septic and a well. Pets are ok. The yard is not fully fenced. Wifi included. Cell service can be spotty.
The spot is on our property where our home is. It is a 1 acre yard with 9 acres of steep mountain. A forest across the road with a protected mountain goat area.
The parking spot is a little less than 1/4 of an acre. It is visible from the road. It is in between our home as well as the neighbors home and visible by both. Approximately 100 feet in either direction.
There is regular traffic of wildlife on the property. Bears, deer, rattlesnakes. The video below is literally from a tree on the mountain behind our home.
We are home often as we work from home. We have two young children. We live a peaceful life. Healthy, outdoors and believe in keeping nature natural. We have an organic garden and plan to get chickens.
Fresh mountain air. Amazing starry skies. Wildflowers.
We are open to short term or long term. It is more important that we fit well with who will be in the spot.
We get bigger winters here than in town. Will need snow tires to get up the road in winter. Road is plowed but is not on a bus route.
