I live in a beach house on a beautiful 3/4 acre waterfront and forest
property in the Stillwater area, in Powell River. I am interested in leasing a portion of the land, as well as my fully wired, 700 square foot workshop to a single tenant or couple who are looking for an inspiring new home for their RV or Tiny House, and a workshop/studio, in which to work, create or store their boat or vehicle. I am open to renting the site and workshop together, or separately. I also have space available to store an extra RV outdoors.
