About the Listing:
Selling our Tiny House!
My wife and I bought this Tiny House in 2022 from Zerosquared. This is the Willow model, 34′ long X 8.5′ wide X 13.5′ tall from the ground.
We bought it with big dreams and high hopes of setting it up on our property in Muskoka, Ontario. However our dreams have had to shift. It’s a long complicated story but now we have decided we must sell our beautiful Tiny House. It has sat in Cambridge, Ontario for about 2 years, mostly unused which means It’s basically brand new, but sadly we have to say goodbye to this dream for now.
We are asking $130,000 CAD for this Tiny House
It boasts three bedrooms, one on the main floor and two loft bedrooms. All rooms can fit a queen mattress, and are fitted with cabinets. This home is spray foam insulated and very easy to heat during the deepest winter (we have been cozy warm on some winter days with the heat off because the sun warms the whole house with the large windows). Heat and AC run from the same ductless Sunville unit mounted in the kitchen.
Large windows and two full size sliding doors allow plenty of natural light in this home.
Bathroom has a wonderful tub with shower, washer and dryer combination machine, sink and toilet.
Kitchen has full sized fridge, full sized microwave, propane stove and oven, and a dishwasher.
There is a cozy sitting space surrounded on 3 sides by windows, which makes for a beautiful view no matter where you want to park this home. It also has a built in entertainment cabinet to set up your home theater.
Everything runs off a 30 amp 120V plug in port off the back end of the trailer, with a battery backup to keep the lights functioning during a power outage.
Water hooks up from a standard hose, and has propane operated water heater. Sewage can be hooked up from an ABS pipe on the under side of the home.
Please feel free to reach out for more pictures or if you are interested and have questions. Currently this Tiny House is located in Cambridge, Ontario. It can be moved by something the size of a Ford F-350 or larger with a regular 2-5/16″ ball hitch. No transporting permits required, it fits legal towing standards of Ontario.
