The Eclipse Tiny home is our smallest model, built for two people with all the essentials as well as options to attach add-ons. Building construction comes with our Thermal Break Technology building envelope which provides extreme energy efficiency, especially built for Canadian winters and hot summers. This model features standard home features and is a semi-permanent model (not built on a trailer) allowing simple relocation options if required. The home is designed to be stationed on pilings so it does not fall under the “permanent structure” codes but it can alternatively be mounted on a concrete slab.
North 49 Homes offers delivery, relocation and installation services. Larger, custom and trailer models also available.
