Please email. 1/4 acre river lots to lease for tiny homes. Some bigger and some smaller and views vary. Most have great river views and privacy. Private road to lots. Undeveloped land also available to build cabins.

Also looking for interest in starting a self-sustainable eco village in a park like setting on the river. 80 acres area and some developed already. Or can spread out for privacy on undeveloped land within the forest for absolute privacy. I as the owner of the land will not be living there, but will have a cabin already in place for frequent visits and attending to the off grid campground on the land, and will be in direct contact with the community council.

Thinking smaller tiny homes, and movable, in case you want to roam around the park or leave anytime. Just as an experiment to see if the place is for you or your family to live full time. All living quarters can be rented as well by adding you to our rental pool for shared profits.

Prices are yet to be determined until more interest is gathered by members and depending on location and size of lot. We may have various communities in different locations with different price ranges.

There is a great central area developed by the fishing hole and nice waterfront lot views all along the long river bank. Some spots get really high with even nicer views. Trails connect all through the 80 acres and is really a beautiful piece of property to do this project on.

Would like to have a central area or clubhouse for a yoga studio or sports gyms. Also community cooking, eating, laundry, and as a location for showers and compost toilets (pit toilets already in place) also adding a hand pump well soonish with greenhouse, gardens, and permaculture. Also a hobby farm to support the entire community and sell extra produce. Also air/aquaponics for high crop yields year round. Most importantly, so we can have our community meetings there and make decisions on how to proceed with the potential of what this place can become while smoothing out any problems.

Sporadically throughout the park there could be private living quarters. Units should be around 200 square feet and on skids so can be moved if needs be. All buildings would be off grid using compost toilets and rainwater collection etc. Was thinking of something like small prefab sheds more furnished. Units would have to pass inspection and tourism standards as basically well furnished camping cabins.

Some people may need a part-time job else where and that is understandable. Car pooling would be good. There may be more opportunity to make an income on your own homestead while living here. or joining other community businesses in the future, or teaching seminars that brings in lots of tourists. Anyone is welcome and can have access to the entire park. Hoping to make this a reality and for-profit business with others. This will be a relaxed environment and alone time should be just as important as socializing. Was thinking our park could be named Atlantean Gardens, but I’m sure we can all come up with a better name than that..Hope to see you here!
