About the Listing:
Considering renting out our tiny house for temporary use. Building is roughly 8’ by 16’ and built on a trailer frame. We can deliver to your property and help with setup.
House has electric AC/Heating unit and running water with water heater. Hose and 220V outlet is required for utilities. Structure is well-insulated and suitable for 4-season living. Interior has electric lights, a loft, kitchenette, shower, and roll-out bed that expands from double to king sized.
Only notably absent feature is a toilet. Occupant would need to use a camping toilet (we can supply one) or a bathroom facility outside of the tiny house.
Because of it’s reliance on utilities and external bathrooms, this house would be difficult to use as a stand-alone residence. Rather, it would be ideal as a guest house, bunkie, or for families who have grandparents, cousins, etc. living with them for a time. Could also be configured into an excellent office for work-from-home.
Located in Woodstock, Ontario. Willing to drive a few hours to deliver. Pricing is negotiable and I’m happy to discuss ideas for use. Prospective renters would be required to sign a rental agreement, submit to a credit check, and provide first/last month’s rent, as well as a damage deposit. Looking for rental periods of 1 month or longer. Not interested in Airbnb-type rentals at this time.
