Walls and ceiling are completely sealed and insulated with 3.5″ thick fiberglass batts (R12), and 2″ IKO Ener-air rigid foam sheathing (R12.1) For a total R value of 24.1 (the rigid foam also cuts down on thermal wicking for increased efficiency)
Floor is insulated with 5″ fiberglass and 1″ IKO Ener-air rigid foam sheathing.
Vapor barrier on inside of walls/floor/ceiling, air barrier on outside of walls and ceiling
Windows are Bonneville 4200 series double slider, vinyl framed, double glazed with argon, energy star certified.
Furrion 21″ 3 burner range, Oven with broiler, (propane), piezo ignition, diecast stamped grates. 8,000 btu front burner, 6,500 btu rear burners and 7,100 btu oven burner. Oven light.

CB-12-10 GRIZZLY Cubic Mini Wood Stove with double walled and insulated stainless steel pipe. 8,000-18,000 btu. 2.3-5.2 kwh
Suburban propane furnace with thermostat.
Plumbing is Cold-X Pex-A expansion pipe and laid out so you can drain all of the plumbing (to the outside) if leaving it unheated during winter months for extended periods of time.
Bosch 7 gallon electric hot water heater
Humanure style compost toilet. I ran plumbing to where the toilet is to make easy installation of flush toilet or? in case someone ever wanted that. We used a humanure style compost toilet for years and can answer questions if you have them.
New trailer tires, wheel bearings were inspected and repacked with grease. Trailer has brakes.
