We have a 25ft*11.5ft tiny home/cabin. Please note this cabin is on a welded frame without axles, NOT a trailer with wheels. It needs to be moved by a professional company. Also, please note this does not include land. This house will need to be moved to a new location.
This home is 3 years old and set up for complete off grid living, but can also be plugged in to a 30 amp service and water. It has a half loft bedroom with 6 ft head clearance in sleeping area, with 4 ft head clearance storage underneath. The bed platform fits a queen size bed.
There is a top of the line Salamander Hobbit wood stove from Denmark.
Propane Eccotemp hot water on demand heater. A propane magic chef stove. It has a Norcold 3 way fridge. Beautiful herring bone açai wood countertops and refinished antique credenza converted kitchen cupboards.
Full size soaker tub with shower, outdoor shower as well. Nature’s head composting toilet.
The bathroom is done in western red cedar tongue and groove, sauna style. The walls are good one side plywood with a whitewash. And the roof is verathaned good one side plywood with trim. All shelves and trim are cedar. The floor is a mix of a concrete look
Alike vinyl in bathroom and kitchen and hickory hardwood in living room and bedroom.
It has a 6*10 enclosed deck/sunroom, easily removable.
The solar system includes: 2 265 watt panels, a magnum energy inverter, victron battery monitor, 4 Trojan 105 deep cycle batteries, mppt solar controller. There is also a 1000 L water tank with rain catchment system.
The outside of the home is cedar shake and board and batten cedar. It has been put through a process called shousugiban. A Japanese technique where the wood is burned to increase pest resistance and is more fire retardant. It is more weather resistant and has a really unique crocodile skin texture.
