This tiny house comes complete with matching custom-made skirting, a small deck and a set wooden stairs. The house is set on 6 towers of custom-made cribbing, which sit on reinforced concrete pads. Heat tape is in place for the P-traps and water lines are insulated. It has a gutter on the lower side of the shed roof that can be used for rainwater collection, if desired.
Location:
The Brackenwood is located on private land in Black Creek, Vancouver Island BC. The property is currently home to five tiny homes. It will be possible to continue leasing the fully serviced pad at the landlord’s discretion.
