About the Listing:

If you’re interested in an extra source of income per month $$ and you happen to have a spot for a Certified RV Tiny Home with hookups (electricity and water) on your property please let us know. Looking to park in or around Victoria BC. We’d be able to pay up to around $400 per month (although rent is negotiable) and / or help with yard work in exchange for a lower cost of rent.
Our tiny home is built by MINT Tiny House company, “which is proud to meet the requirements of Canadian Standard Z240 RV”, fully Certified by Intertek.
We’re looking for long term parking, ideally. Our electricity and water usage is minimal (can show previous hydro bills for your reference if necessary).
My name is Aaron and my fiancé’s name is Sarah. We’re two young professionals who are both introverted / quiet, respectful, responsible and both have job / tenancy references. I’m a Driving Examiner at I.C.B.C. and my fiancé is a Certified Massage Specialist who works in Sidney. We’re interested in the spot on your property if you have one and in coming by to check it out. Since our tiny home is currently being built, we’ll need a parking spot for sometime around late summer or early fall, 2021.
