been converted to a tiny home on wheels. Gus has a stunning interior as he was
custom built with live edge counters, gorgeous walnut wood by a carpenter. The
gorgeous interior shots speak for themselves!
Gus is 26-feet 2008 bus with more than 6 feet of interior height and he is registered as
an RV. The bus can be hooked up at an RV park, in a friend’s driveway or completely
off-grid down by the river. The bus is set up for four season living and there is a
wonderful fireplace to keep you toasty in the winter. A beautiful roof rack allows for
drinks while watching the sunset and the back door opens so that you can enjoy a nice
breeze on hot days. Full solar Off grid system works like a charm or the Bus can be
plugged into an outlet as well. There is a fresh water/gray water system making off grid
living easy or you can hook up to water. Gas stove is powered by propane and there is
even a small oven for baking! An RV fridge works on propane or electric.
Unfortunately, Gus is currently not road-worthy. When we bought him from the previous
owners we were not aware of the rust damage to the cross members, which are
required to be repaired in order for the bus to pass a safety. That being said Gus still
has lots of life left as a Tiny Home or accessory dwelling unit. We think he’d make a
great Air BnB or fit well in an RV park. Or if you know someone good with metal work,
he can be repaired and made road-worthy again.
We have a comprehensive Spec sheet we can give to serious buyers with all the details
on each part of the bus. The Bus is currently parked in Southern Ontario in the Golden
Horseshoe area. We want to be fully transparent about the condition of the bus so if you
