The tiny home is located on a corner lot so you there is street parking beside the home. Since it is a brand-new home, landscaping and fencing won’t be done for a while but once it is there will be a private small landscaped area at the front of the home by the entrance.
The home can be rented for a flexible term for $500 weekly. A longer-term lease can be done for $1,600/month including all utilities, internet and cable as long as at it is at least 3 months. The home is available starting April 1. An on-line application background check is required. If you are interested please let me know when you want to move in, how long you desire to rent for and details about who will be living in the home. Well behaved, trained small dogs may be allowed for an additional fee of $50/month. The home is located in the Uplands at Riverview which gives easy access to Anthony Henday (202 Street and 28 Avenue).
