KITCHEN – DINING ROOM: When you get inside, you are facing the kitchen/dining area. The entrance features a closet where you can put your coats in the middle section. There are a few hooks at the back of the TV mount in case you need extra space. The dinette seats 4 people and turns into a bed that can accommodate two children or one adult for sleeping. There is a drawer on each side of the seat. The table as well as the countertop are walnut laminate and they match the other wood accents in the home. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances; Furrion 12V refrigerator and Furrion propane range/oven. There are plenty of cabinets despite the small space and a microwave installed on a pull-out tray in the tall pantry next to the fridge.
BEDROOM: Located at the back of the house. The 7ft head clearance and space around the queen size bed make this room really comfortable. There is a night stand with storage and a closet on each side of the bed as well as upper cabinets with lights underneath. Natural light easily floods this room with the big windows on each side. The bed can be lifted and most of the space can be used for storage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has everything you need; a flush toilet, a decent size vanity with a medicine cabinet and a 24×36 shower tub. There is a 12V fan extracting the air out and the overall size/height of the bathroom makes it more comfortable than most travel trailers.
OFF-GRID FEATURES: This unit can truly be fully off-grid. Indeed, the two 36 Gal holding tanks (black and grey water) combined with the 54 Gal freshwater tank makes it possible for two people to spend a several days without needing to empty or fill the tanks. Both the freshwater tank and the waste water holding tanks are made to resist winter without the addition of antifreeze. An important off-grid feature is the solar package. The kit offers 5.12 kw/h with Lithium batteries that have a 30 years lifespan and a 10 years warranty.

We purchased this tiny home a couple months ago with plans to start using it later this summer (we just began decorating!). But a change in personal circumstances has meant that we will need to put our tiny home living dreams on pause!
