Built in 2017. This tiny home doesn’t feel tiny at all. Over 11ft ceiling height in kitchen/ dining area. Main bedroom had a king size bed that you can stand up in. Loft can house another bed, and the couch converts to a bed as well. Great for families or gatherings.
DETAILS
Built on a custom 32 foot gooseneck trailer with 8 foot deck from Oasis trailers (Alberta) total 40 ft length with interior about 320sq ft plus 64sq ft loft. Built to be 8.5ft wide and 13.5 feet tall to not need any special permitting for highway travel. Framed using SIPs (structurally insulated panels) EPS foam sandwiched between 2 osb panels 6.5″ thickness. with minimal thermal bridging.
Purchased and built from Enersmart systems in Claresholm, AB. Exterior covered with IKO aquabarrier VP self adhering vapor permeable air barrier. Exterior finished with metal siding / hardi board combination Aluminum sheeting on belly to protect during travel EPDM commercial rubber roof Interior.

Many components not listed Batteries still work, but are needing replacement shortly. They work well for summer and low power use but need the generator often in winter. Honda 7000i inverter generator (about 200hrs) About 40 ft of cable to power the house from the trailer LOTS more that I’m probably forgetting.
