This has been such a labor of love and has become a work of art as well as a very beautiful tiny house mansion we are calling it! Its small but not so small! It would make a great home, rental or air b & B. We have designed it t be functional off grid with a small generator or solar panels as it has very small electrical needs being the lights and fan, fridge and washer and dryer. The Furnace is propane as well as hot water heater, 5 burner stove top and oven. There are 3 sleeping spots available to King sized lofts and one under sleeping bunk that could also be used for storage. The Kitchen cabinetry is quite spacious with many windows for tons of light! We have a full bat tub shower and bath room vanity. We left a space for the toilet of your choice depending on where its going it felt like a very personal thing to be decided by the purchaser. There is washer and dryer and some storage space above the bathroom.

This is a 2020/ 2021 build so its all brand new never been lived in, built on a flat deck on wheels.
