I have for sale a 2005 Dodge Sprinter, made by Mercedes that has been fully converted into a livable, tiny home which I used to travel to California and ultimately live in for over a year. I recently decided to settle down and focus a little on my career in Vancouver so I am putting out some feelers out there to see what kind of interest there is for my van. I did all the conversion myself, a hefty project that I don’t regret one bit and now hoping to share with others.
I am looking to sell the van converted as is OR completely stripped.
A little about the van:
It is a 2005 Dodge Sprinter 3500 with a 2.7L 5 Cylinder Diesel engine. These engines have been known to run for a really long time (there a million mile club on facebook with these vans). This currently has 294 000 km which means theres still plenty of life there. I recently had it go through British Columbia inspections as I moved from Alberta so the vehicle is looking in pretty decent shape. The belts, lights, front rotors, front struts, oil and fuel filter have been recently replaced. Engine wise she’s happy.
The body could use some TLC as there are small rust spots that are creeping through the paint but overall the body is doing okay. It’s a dark blue paint with a black, rocker guard trim around the base. New tires would be recommended as these ones are started to get a little bald.

I put a lot of love and time into this build and successfully lived in it for over a year creating amazing memories all around North America. This van is amazing as is, if you want to rebuild it all yourself, or use it as a commercial vehicle. Plenty of life still in it; part of me does not want to get rid of it.
