Very Comfortable tiny house/small cabin for sale, the outside demantions on the first level are 10′ by 18′ with a 10′ by 6′ covered porch (not added in the 300 square ft). its insulated with 2×4 constructed walls with 2×6 floor, firewood heat is the main source of heat with propane back up (burns 2.5 cord a year) vertical wood box next to wood stove, propane fridge with freezer on top, propane cook stove with small oven, 45 gallon water take that supplies water for the shower with 12v RV pump,( has small power system to run water pump off a 12v battery) propane hot water on demand (you never run out of hot water). small office desk made out of Yukon milled birch, wired for 110, sunk in LED kitchen lights, area for dog bed underneath stairs. Shower and sink water drain outside, covers for them to keep out the cold.
Up stairs is 10′ by 12′ with 6′.1″ ceiling, queen size bed with 2 large drawers underneath it, small open closet.
Needs to be moved, build on 6×6 timbers that are interlocked and leg bolted total height is 15′ including timbers/skids.. located 45 minutes north of Carmacks.
Will finish siding and trim once weather is warmer. Open to offers, need it gone.
