Looking to enjoy your tiny home in a country setting? As a member of our conservation club, you will have about 100’x100′ plot of land to enjoy, preserve, and to park your tiny home on wheels.
We are TESP a tinyhouse building company located just north of Orangeville Ontario.
We have the tinyhouse building facility in Orangeville Ontario and can build tiny house shell’s for $17,000 – $20,000 and complete move in ready tiny houses for $40,000 – $60,000 and transport them to the Conservation Club Grounds.
In the future TESP will build a build facility on the the grounds.
As well as start a tiny house cooperative, we would like to also open a tinyhouse hotel, featuring different styles of tiny houses for people to rent to test drive the experience.
The tiny houses will be available for rent and will also be available for sale.
Lot sizes will be determined dependant on land size. We would like to offer lot sizes of 100 feet x 100 feet, that is 10,000 Square per cooperative lot size.
We wish not to add any infrastructure ie water, sewer but to aid people in producing off the grid tiny houses and to keep operating costs of the membership as low as possible.
We would however like to install a central solar panel and wind turbine system to supply all tiny houses in members a moderate supply of 12 volt DC and 120 ac.
The CCC would allow 20 – 30 like minded individuals build a sustainable conservation club at a reasonable cost to each individual person.
There would be a 365 day access with snow removal and allow each cooperative a choice of flexible access to enjoy their lot and visit their tinyhouse.
Each lot / piece ie 1 lot 100×100 feet may have up to 2 tinyhouses on wheels, no structure may have a permanent foundation.
